Quality and compliance
On a critical site, the wrong part, or the right part without its papers, is a risk. Our quality controls exist to remove that risk before the part leaves us.
Traceable sources
We record where every part comes from. We buy from original makers and authorised distributors first, and we tell you before we use any other source.
Inspection before dispatch
We check each part against the order: part number, quantity, markings, visible condition and packaging. Ex markings are checked against the order requirements.
Complete documents
Certificates, test reports and origin documents are collected, checked and sent with the goods, in the format you ask for.
Counterfeit prevention
We qualify suppliers, check documents for consistency and reject parts with doubtful origin. A low price is never a reason to accept an unknown source.
Hazardous-area checks
For every Ex item, we check these points against your order and area classification before we quote and again before we ship.
