Quotes

Quotes are valid for the period stated on the quote. Prices and lead times depend on supplier availability at the time of order. We confirm the final lead time with the order acknowledgement.

Orders

An order is accepted when we send a written order acknowledgement. Your purchase order should state the part numbers, quantities, delivery point, required documents and any inspection requirements.

Delivery

Delivery terms follow the Incoterm stated on the quote and order acknowledgement. Risk passes to the buyer as set out by that Incoterm.

Payment

Payment terms are stated on the quote. New customers may be asked for payment in advance or a credit application.

Returns

Contact us before returning any goods. Non-stock and special-order items may not be returnable. Goods must be returned unused, in original packaging, with all documents.

Warranty

Parts carry the warranty provided by the manufacturer. We pass this warranty on to you and help you make a claim. Nothing in these terms excludes rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law.

Manufacturer names

Manufacturer names and part numbers are used for identification only. Primelink Australia is an independent supplier and is not an authorised agent of any manufacturer unless stated in writing.
